Tommaso is the owner of this exclusive estate hidden well away behind a hill and a church (doesn't this sound Tuscan?!) in the valley south of Panzano in Chianti. With us at Grape Tours you could have the privilege of visiting his beautiful estate, with historical cellars and a fabulous tasting area, overlooking vineyards and a view on the 30 race horses. The "flying winemaker" is Carlo Ferrini who became famous for his success at Castello Banfi, among others. Tommaso is the son of Roberto Cavalli, a noteworthy Florentine stylist, but the mundane life didn't take to his down-to-earth character, connected to the Chianti region and its excellent products.
