Poggio al Sole - winery in Barberino Val d'Elsa

Originally from the winemaking business in the heart of Switzerland, Johannes & Katrin decide to migrate to more Southern wine lands. And very appropriately they chose Poggio al Sole, meaning the sunny hill, where they run the wine business alongside very nice holiday accommodation. There's definitely something to be said for the Swiss paradigm of precision married to the generosity of Tuscan nature - the combination has led to top wines of Tuscany.
