The winery:
Valdangius is a small winery in the area of Montefalco in Umbria owned and run almost entirely singlehandedly by Danilo. The winery itself has been developed in the cellars of the old family house, and the vineyards are in the immediate surroundings just around the cellar. A completely closed circuit perfect for handcrafted wines from organic grapes. 
 
The wine:
Absolutely delicious zesty white with medium body, delightfully fragrant. Both adapt for aperitfs as to accompany for example a fish meal.
