• Payment is required upon booking. Once the payment is processed, our system will promptly send you a comprehensive booking confirmation via email, providing all the necessary details.

• Our cancellation policy is accessible through the Terms & Conditions, and for added flexibility, you have the option to purchase a 20 euro cancellation insurance. This insurance ensures a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start.

• In the event that a tour fails to reach the minimum number of participants, we will notify you in advance. You'll have the choice of opting for an alternative solution if available or receiving a refund, allowing you to decide the preferred course of action.

• To ensure a smooth planning process, we recommend making your reservations well in advance. We work with real working wineries and farms who are busy farming and making wine. In order to confirm winery visits, our partners normally need ample notice. For last-minute bookings, we may have to confirm the feasibility of the tour.

• If your desired tour displays a waitlist, you can sign up and receive notifications if seats become available. It's advisable to secure a spot on your second choice tour, and if openings arise on the preferred tour, changes can be made without additional fees, barring any cost difference between the two tours.

Our day tours kick off from the Grape Tours office, conveniently nestled in downtown Florence at Via dei Renai 19 (just pop "Grape Tours in Tuscany" into Google Maps). Be sure to check in about 10-15 minutes before your tour time (you’ll find the start time on your confirmation voucher email). Our meeting spot is a breezy 5-minute stroll from the iconic Ponte Vecchio and easily walkable from anywhere in Florence’s charming city center.

 

At Via dei Renai 19, you’ll spot the sign for "Formaggioteca Terroir"—that’s our cozy Cheese & Wine Bar/Shop! After your tour, feel free to swing by for an extra glass of wine, browse our delightful traditional goodies, or even arrange to have some fabulous wines shipped straight to your doorstep. It’s the perfect way to wrap up your Tuscan adventure!
